Return Policy

1) Art & Crafts Shows/Festivals/Other On-Site Sales

All person-to-person purchases made during an on-site event similar, but not limited to, the events identified above are final. Once the customer leaves my specified area of business the product(s) purchased are non-returnable. The customer should inspect the condition of the product prior to making the purchase and leaving my area of business.

2) eCommerce & On-Line Sales/Telephone Sales/Shipped Items

Upon receiving any item from GHI Images, the customer has seven (7) calendar days to inspect the item for any damage and contact GHI Images to report any damage that may have occurred during processing and shipping. The customer shall provide GHI Images a photograph of the product damage and a photograph of the shipping packaging the product was received in. Once GHI Images has confirmed that the damaged did occur prior to the customer's receipt of the product, GHI Images will pay for the return shipping costs and provide the customer either 1) a refund for the complete purchase price of the item that was damaged, or 2) replace the item damaged with the same product or another product from GHI Images of equal retail value.

3) Custom Orders

All custom orders requested by the customer will require a 50% deposit of the negotiated sales price prior to the start of the order fulfillment process. Upon receipt of the order, the customer is required to pay the remaining 50% balance of the negotiated sales price. All items are non-returnable and the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the negotiated sales price even if the customer determines that the delivered product is unsatisfactory. In certain cases where the manufacturer of the custom product has agreed to reimburse GHI Images of full or partial costs of the custom product, then GHI Images will pass that refund onto the customer minus any taxes, fees, or other expenses incurred during the entire transaction and fulfillment process.
